About the Author

I am a huge fan of Frozen. To date, I have seen Frozen (2013) 13 times in multiple languages, and Frozen II (2019) 4 times.

I am currently pursuing my undergraduate studies in Linguistics. Although I probably have always subconsciously entertained an interest in languages, Frozen cemented that interest in me – I couldn’t get enough of it back in 2013-4, so I went to learn ‘Let It Go’ in multiple different languages. In fact, I now study Icelandic because of my exposure to Frozen.

I also try my hand at poetry and writing. On this site, you will be able to find my epic poem about Frozen, The Saga of the Crocus, although I may publish it elsewhere too.

Last of all, this is my Frozen fanword: fylgi! It is Icelandic/Old Norse for ‘I follow’.
